The smallest Goije is a simple holiday cottage or backyard house with a living space of 46 square meters. The loft over the kitchen and bath room holds one bedroom. The little Goije is easiest to build on a reinforced concrete slab, but if you want the barn to “hover” over the ground, you can put floor blocks on plinths. Then you give the house another character.
